📍 Step 1: Choose Your Program

Decide which course or program you’d like to enroll in:

• Grade 12 Matric Rewrite / Upgrade

• Extra Classes (Grades 4–12)

• Computer Skills, Coding & Robotics

• Vocational Skills & Short Courses

• Professional IT Certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)

• Accredited Higher Education Programs (via partner colleges)

📂 Step 2: Prepare Your Documents

Make sure you have the following:

• Certified copy of your ID or passport

• Most recent school report or academic record

• Certified copies of any previous certificates (for Matric rewrites or higher education)

• Proof of residence (if required)

• Passport-sized photo (for student profile)

Additional documents may be required depending on the course.

💻 Step 3: Apply Online or On Campus

✅ Option A: Apply Online

• Visit our website: www.excelgeneacademy.co.za

• Click on "Apply Now" or “Online Registration”

• Fill out the form and upload your documents

• Submit your application and wait for confirmation

✅ Option B: Apply On Campus

• Visit our main campus in King William’s Town, Eastern Cape

• Collect or fill out an application form at reception

• Submit your documents with the form to our admissions officer

💸 Step 4: Pay Registration Fee

Once accepted, you'll receive:

• An acceptance letter or SMS/email notification

• Invoice with fee structure and payment options

Pay the registration fee to secure your space. Payment can be made via:

• EFT / Bank Deposit

• Cash or card on campus

Payment plans are available for qualifying students.
